Position Summary

As a Recruiting Coordinator you will work in a hybrid capacity supporting our TA team. With hands-on experience in every aspect of the recruitment process, from candidate sourcing to project coordination, analytics, and social media marketing, you will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and engaging top talent for our organization. You will leverage data analytics and insights to optimize our recruitment strategies and enhance our employer brand across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and a passion for leveraging data-driven insights to drive recruitment success.

Key Responsibilities

· Prep reports utilizing data analytics tools and techniques to assist in analyzing recruitment metrics, trends, and performance indicators.

· Monitor and analyze recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and help optimize recruitment processes.

· Conduct market research and competitive analysis to stay informed about industry trends and make recommendations on best practices.

· Assist with recruitment campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.

· Work with recruiters to create compelling content and messaging to promote our employer brand and attract the passive talent pool.

· Support the recruitment team by ensuring access to resources and tools and help manage platform dashboards.

· Aid in posting jobs on various platforms and networks to generate a robust candidate pipeline.

· Collaborate on platforms that address branding cross-departmentally to align

recruitment efforts with overall branding and messaging strategies.

· Track and report on the effectiveness of social media recruitment efforts, including metrics such as engagement, reach, and conversion rates.

· Attend external vendor meetings, such as recruitment agencies, job boards, and vendors to ensure alignment with organizational goals.

· Coordinate with the accounting department to ensure timely processing of vendor invoices and payments and track payment history.

· Facilitate projects aimed at enhancing processes and improving efficiency to address hiring needs.

· Coordinate referral program campaigns, create customized quarterly calendars, track, and facilitate using Monday.com.

· Partner in crafting responses to Glassdoor reviews and pull reports on key data points.

· Stay abreast of emerging trends and technologies in recruitment, social media marketing, and data analytics.

· Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

· Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

· Previous experience in recruitment, analytics, data analysis, or social media marketing preferred.

· Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and draw insights from data.

· Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Microsoft Excel, Google Analytics, or Tableau.

· In-depth knowledge of recruitment software and platforms, including Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), job boards and social media networks.

· Experience managing social media campaigns and platforms for recruitment purposes.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and messaging.

· Creative thinking and proactive problem-solving skills, with a focus on innovation and continuous improvement.

· Familiarity with advanced sourcing techniques, such as Boolean search strings and passive candidate sourcing.

· Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
