PacArctic, LLC, a Koniag Government Services company , is seeking a Production Control Clerk to support PAC and our government customer in Williamsburg, Kentucky.

PacArctic, LLC is looking for a highly qualified, experienced, and self-motivated individual to perform the duties of a Production Control Clerk. The Production Control Clerk implements and maintains the scheduling management system supporting the project plan.

Essential Functions, Responsibilities & Duties may include, but are not limited to:

  • Oversee and track timely projects billings of Reimbursable Work Authorizations (RWAs) and service agreements.

  • Supports the cost management, proposal development, and administrative needs of the project site.

  • Creates work orders that coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials.

  • Offer direct invoicing and financial communication with project manager, internal financing department, subcontractors, and Program Management Office (PMO).

  • Track received vendor invoices through internal approval process to ensure costs are being properly accounted for.

  • Work with PMO to follow up on individual vendor invoice questions/issues, as needed.

  • Enters all new information into database and provides scheduled reports for contract coordination and reporting purposes.

  • Processes and maintains project documents and update master copies of drawings/specifications logs/binders and implement document control procedures.

  • Collects, maintains and distributes documents necessary to define product configuration and control technical processes that insure conformance to customer requirements.

  • Generates weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for Project Manager.

  • Provides reporting of key program metrics to Project Manager.

  • Generates and tracks invoices against funding.

  • Tracks and maintains all facility work orders.

  • Time keeping including paid time off.

  • Other duties as required. At the discretion of the Project Manager.

  • The qualified candidate will exhibit the ability to work and multitask independently or in a collaborative environment.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma and 0-2 years’ experience.

  • Ability to perform work independently and with minimal supervision.

  • Demonstrated skill and comfort in proactively building relationships.

  • Innovative thinker, with a track record for translating and executing strategic plans.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Well organized, detail orientated and able to handle a fast-paced work environment.

  • Proficient with MS Office

  • Ability to effectively interface with all levels of management.

  • Must obtain a MRPT Clearance

Working Environment & Conditions

This job operates in a professional office environment and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

This position is primarily indoors, consistent with a standard office position and has a noise level of mostly low to moderate. The incumbent is required to stand, walk; sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel objects, tools, or controls; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. The workload may require the incumbent to sit for extended periods of time. The incumbent must be able to read, do simple math calculations and withstand moderate amounts of stress.

The incumbent must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 lbs. Specific vision abilities required by the job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
