Instructional Development Specialist/Instructor

PAE is looking for an Instructional Design and Development Specialist/Instructor to support one of our DOD customers in Afghanistan:

Position Description: Create and execute instructor-led courses, including supporting materials, focusing on critical mission assurance. Design and story-board Web-based training modules. Train and brief a wide variety of audiences, including non-native English speaking and military training audiences. Deliver classroom instruction and serve as a member of the Resolute Support Headquarters operations team. Analyze RS HQ Lessons learned. Assist with designing, developing, and delivering briefings and instructor-led training sessions. Prepare RS personnel to deliver briefs and training. Will be assigned related duties by RS HQ CJ-7 RS Training Director.

Minimum Qualifications:

-Ability to analyze various sources of course content, including sponsor policies and regulations, de- conflicting content and stakeholder information and design content for clear and concise instructional presentation

-Ability to develop and update instruction-led and automated distributed learning curriculum and delivery

-Experience with Microsoft Office

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Five years of law enforcement or military experience.

-Three years as a law enforcement or military instructor’

BA or BS degree in law enforcement, security, or strategic studies

-Security advising experience recommended

-Shall have a SECRET clearance
