The scope of the Advanced Industrial Systems Organization (AIS) within Corporate Services (CS) consists of asset management, cost engineering, enabling growth, and automation. CS AIS owns the strategic and systematic development, standardization, implementation, and measurement of key automation industrial engineering functions to drive efficiency, reliability, and world class cost optimization to support our global facilities portfolio.

As a CS AIS - Facilities Operations Captain your responsibilities will include but are not limited to: - Managing the facilities operations team to achieve best-in-class performance in terms of system reliability and safety - Supervise the activities of multiple teams or staff for multiple facilities systems - Assesses personnel and work levels to determine operational schedules - Actively monitors the flow of work to optimize business results - Higher job levels establish operating policies and procedures, coordination of multiple functions, establishing strategic plans to ensure operational goals are met within established quality and cost objectives - Responsible for overall safety of personnel, company assets, and the surrounding environment - Plan and schedule daily tasks, as well as leverage judgement on a variety of problems requiring deviation from standard practices - Setting priorities for the team to ensure an inclusive working environment with psychological safety, build a strong team with good technical knowledges/skills as well as essential soft skills - Providing timely technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems in the facilities systems

Qualifications

Qualifications: You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Position not eligible for Intel immigration sponsorship.

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering - 3+ years of experience managing teams - 5+ years of facilities operations experience - Knowledge in both technical and business practices/procedures - A good understanding in facility systems. e.g.: HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning), Process Mechanical (Oil Free Air, Process Vacuum, Process Cooling Water), Electrical, FLSS (Fire Life Safety System), Chemical, UPW (Ultra-Pure Water), IWS (Industrial Wastewater System) and operations - Knowledge in InC (Instruments and Control) systems - Fluent in English language (spoken and written)

Preferred Qualifications: - Master's degree in Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering - 5+ years of experience managing teams - 10+ years of facilities operations experience
