You willwork witha large teamof engineering and analysis supportemployeesacross the spectrum of Acquisition and Program Management functions.Bring your expertise and collaborative skills to make an impact toward our military defense and safety of our sailors.

In this role,you will:

• Report toand work closely withthe Program Manager.

• Beat contractorsitebutwork collaboratively with otheremployees on contract(to include Government site)during normal working hours.

• Support NSW maritime mobility platforms, technology insertions, and sustainment of complex weapons systems.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• An active TS/SCI clearance

• A bachelors degree in business or management related disciplines

• 10+ years ofdemonstratedwork experience in Program Management in support of DoD/Navy Major Program Manager (MPM) Office

• A minimum of eight (8) years ofdemonstratedwork experience supporting NSW and/or SOF in resourcing and/or acquisitions related positions with and emphasis supporting NSW maritime mobility platforms, technology insertions, and sustainment of complex weapons systems

• Demonstratedproficiencywith Microsoft Office products/services; Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• The ability to travel up to 10%

Additional desired experience and skills:

• Graduate degree in business or management related disciplines

• Project Management Professional (PMP) or Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) PMP and/or DAWIA Level III PM certification or 15 years of PM experience

• Prior Special Operations Forces (SOF) military experience

• Recognized NSW Wet Combat Submersible (WCS) Subject Matter Expert (SME) and/or Qualified SEALDelivery Vehicle (SDV) Pilot/Navigator
