Ivyhill is seeking a Team Lead for a Medical Appointing project in the Tyndall AFB, FL area. The Team Lead will provide some supervision to the referral management staff as well as being a resource to staff who are responsible for assisting eligible medical beneficiaries with appointments, referrals, and registration and organizational tasks in support of a medical facility. Will provide other Team Lead related responsibilities relevant to the operation of the project.

Requirements

The qualified candidate will possess the following:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Ability to read, understand, speak, and write English fluently

• General office administrative and clerical skills to perform receptionist duties and answer telephones.

• Preferred twelve (12) months of healthcare administrative experience in either an inpatient or outpatient care setting within the last five (5) years.

• General medical ethics, telephone etiquette, written/verbal/electronic communication, and customer service skills.

• Ability to effectively provide assistance to staff.
