Job Description

Spectrum Healthcare Resources has an opportunity for a civilian full-time LPN Flight Medicine, at Tyndall AFB. Located in Panama City, FL.

Position Requirements:

* Degree/Education * Certifications in addition to Basic Life Support * Experience: Minimum of 12 months experience

Position Expectations:

Use the Separation History and Physical Examination Guide as a reference for scheduling a service member's separation or retirement. The guide may be found on the AFMS Knowledge Exchange at: https://kx2.afms.mil/kj/kx8/MSME/Pages/SHPE.aspx

  • Assist patients and staff with the documentation and coordination of Physical Health Assessments, exams, tests and documentation of diagnosis prior to separation or deactivation.
  • Document Airmen with injuries or illnesses that may impact their ability to perform their military duty.
  • Coordinate with the Physical Evaluation Board Liaison Officer and provide documentation as needed for Medical Evaluation Boards and Separations
  • Assist staff with the daily operation of the clinic, to include working the front desk, answering phones, performing T-Cons and intake of scheduled/walk-in patients Assist providers with maintaining patient treatment rooms, coordinating lab tests and follow-on treatment.
  • Assist patients with their needs and maintain professional working relationships with staff members. Comply with clinic standards.
