Honeywell BA Field Service II Automation and Lighting Technician in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma

As a BA Field Service II Automation and Lighting Technician here at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in providing advanced technical support and expertise for our customers in the Building Automation (BA) business unit. You will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues related to automation and lighting systems, ensuring the successful implementation of our solutions, and driving customer satisfaction. Your expertise and commitment to excellence will play a crucial role in the success of our field service operations and the growth of our business.

You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our designated location on a hybrid work schedule. In this role, you will impact the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues related to automation and lighting systems for our customers

  • Provide advanced technical support and expertise for our BA solutions

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of our solutions

  • Conduct training sessions for customers and field service technicians

  • Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement

YOU MUST HAVE:

  • Associates degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as Electrical Engineering or related field or demonstrate equivalent practical field experience.

  • 4+ years of proven experience in field service applications, with a focus on automation and lighting systems.

  • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in building automation and lighting technologies.

  • Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.

  • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Experience in project management and execution.

  • Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
