A Day in the Life

Individual contributors who provide organizational related support or service (administrative or clerical) for other members within the organization. The majority of time is spent in the delivery of support services or activities, typically under supervision.

Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned.

  • Act as the primary point of contact between the executives and other stakeholders.

  • Manage and prioritize the calendar, scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for the leaders of SSC (Shared Service Center)

  • Prepare and edit correspondence, communications, presentations, and other documents.

  • Coordinate and facilitate meetings, ensuring agendas are clear, objectives are met, and follow-up actions are tracked.

  • Performs normal office functions such as setting up and maintaining files; arranging meetings and conferences; Gathers, compiles and reports on information relevant to supervisor's assignment.

  • Coordinates site visit requirements for Shared Services.

  • Works with Employee Engagement administrative requirements such as vendor quotation and Purchase order processing.

  • Conduct research, compile data, and prepare reports or presentations as needed.

  • Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and professionalism.

Must Have

  • Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience

Your profile

  • Proven experience as an executive assistant or similar roles

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into actionable plans.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills

  • High level of integrity, professionalism, and discretion.
