Responsibilities

Job Summary: Occupational Therapist- Per Diem

• Performs patient evaluations, develops treatment plans and sets goals for treatment. Communicates patient status, progress, and discharge recommendations to the interdisciplinary team. Oversees the provision of service by technicians and assistants as required. This position requires providing care/service to an acutely ill through rehabilitating neonatal through geriatric patient population in a manner that demonstrates an understanding of the functional and/or developmental age of the individual served.

• This position requires the full understanding and active participation in fulfilling the Mission of the Organization. It is expected that the employee will demonstrate behavior consistent with the Core Values. The employee shall support the Organization's strategic plan and the goals and direction of the Performance Improvement Plan (PIP).

Qualifications

Experience:

• One year minimum experience is preferred.

Education:

• Graduate of an Occupational Therapy Program (Diploma or NBCOT Certificate)

License/Certifications:

• Current CA Occupational Therapist License.

• Current OTR registration or Board eligible.

• Current BLS Card- American Heart Association.

Pay Range

$48.79 - $70.75/hour
