• Учествува во изработка на планови за продажба и нивно ажурирање

• Изготвува останати пропратни документи според барањата на ИРИС, и изготвува фактури (по потреба)

• Секојдневно комуницира и преговара со ИК (IC - Intercompany) клиенти

• Прима екстерни порачки ги заведува во ЕРП систем, и праќа потврда на порачките на КОЛЕГИТЕ ОД КОМЕРИЈАНА ПРОДАЖБА за ОЕМ и АМ екстерните клиенти

• Ја следи реализацијата на порачката и известува за промените помеѓу Вабтек и ОЕ и АМ екстерните клиенти и IC клиенти

• Пополнува предвидувања и месечни планови на клиенти и проекти само за ИК (по потеба и за други)

• Преговара со купувачите за условите на испорака за ИК купувач (по потреба)

• По потреба учествува во договарање и следење на транспорт по насоки на претпоставениот

• Во комуникацијата со купувачите се грижи за одржување на корпоративниот идентитет и имиџот на Компанијата

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински инжинер, дипломиран економист или бизнис администрација или сродно високо образование. Познавање на Македонски јазик – задолжително. Познавање на Англиски јазик – задолжително.

Предност – мин. 3 години работно искуство.

Position Summary :

Plans, implements and reports on sales activities, sales negotiation.

Major Responsibilities:

• Participates in the development of sales plans and their updating

• Prepares other accompanying documents according to the requirements of IRIS, and prepares invoices (if necessary)

• Daily communicates and negotiates with IC (IC - Intercompany) clients

• Receives external orders, files them in the ERP system, and sends confirmation of orders to COLLEAGUES FROM COMMERCIAL SALES for OEM and AM external customers

• Monitors order fulfillment and reports on changes between Vabtek and OE and AM external clients and IC clients

• Completes forecasts and monthly plans of clients and projects only for IC (if necessary also for others)

• Negotiate with buyers on terms of delivery for IC buyer (as needed)

• If necessary, participates in the negotiation and monitoring of transport according to the instructions of the superior

• In communication with customers, he takes care of maintaining the corporate identity and image of the Company

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Mechanical engineer, Bachelor of economics, MBA or other related univeristy degree; Macedonian language is a must. High proficiency in written and verbal English.

Advantage – min. 3 years work experience.
