Контролира, одржува и поправа машини, опрема и инфраструктурни системи во компанијата, вклучувајќи електрични, електронски, механички, пневматски и хидраулични постројки.

Главни одговорности:

• Утврдува и отстранува механички и/или електрични/електронски дефекти на машините, опремата и инфраструктурните системи;

• Врши превентивни и периодични прегледи на машините и опремата и води пишана евиденција за извршените активности;

• Врши монтажа и демонтажа на делови на машините и опремата;

• Утврдува потреби и нарачки на нефункционални делови, резервни делови и алат и води пишана евиденција;

• Учествува во во поставување, преместување, нивелирање, монтирање и пуштање во погон на машините и опремата;

• Врши промена на масла, масти, емулзија и горива, го контролира нивниот квалитет и рокови за употреба.По потреба извршува и други работни операции;

• Строго се придржува до мерките за безбедност и заштита при работа;

• Ги извршува задачите во согласност со Интегрираниот Систем за Управување (IMS) со квалитет, здравје и безбедност и заштита на животната средина, според барањата на меѓународните стандарди ISO / TS 22163, ISO 14001 и ISO 45001;

• Во секоја работна активност доследно ги применува пропишаните барања за квалитет, здравје и безбедност како и барањата за заштита на животната средина (Политики, правилници, процедури, работни упатства, технолошки постапки, конструктивна документација).

Квалификации:

Минимални барања: Машински техничар, електро-техничар или друго образование со соодветна обука или искуство. Задолжително познавање на Македонски јазик.

Предност: Најмалку 1 година слично работно искуство

Position Summary :

Controls, maintains and repairs the company's machinery, equipment and infrastructure systems, including electrical, electronic, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic plants.

Major Responsibilities:

• Detects and removes mechanical and / or electrical / electronic malfunctions of machinery, equipment and infrastructure systems;

• Performs preventive and periodic reviews of machinery and equipment and keeps a written record of activities performed;

• Assemble and dismantle parts of machinery and equipment;

• Identifies needs and orders for non-performing parts, spare parts and tools and maintains written records;

• Participates in the installation, relocation, levelling, assembly and commissioning of machinery and equipment;

• Changes oils, fats, emulsions and fuels, controls their quality and expiring date.

• Strictly adhere to safety and security measures at work;

• Performs tasks in accordance with the Integrated Management System (IMS) with quality, health and safety and environmental protection, according to the requirements of international standards ISO / TS 22163, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001;

• Consistently comply with prescribed quality, health and safety requirements as well as environmental requirements (Policies, Rulebooks, Procedures, Operational Guidelines, Technological Procedures, Constructive Documentation) in each work activity.

Qualifications:

Minimum Requirements: Machine or electro technician or other education with related training or experience. Macedonian language is a must.

Advantage : min. 1 year related work experience
