Center for Academic Success is seeking a motivated Payroll Specialist to take ownership of payroll processing and\ cross train to perform a variety of general accounting support tasks in their Finance Department.\ Duties to include but not limited to:\ Preparing and processing bi-weekly payroll accurately and in accordance with company procedures.\ Reconcile monthly invoices for benefits.\ Entering data into computer system using defined computer programs\ Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual reports as assigned.\ Investigating questionable data.\ Recommending actions to resolve discrepancies.\ Maintain employee confidentiality by keeping all private information confidential\ Accurately and carefully follow established procedures for completing work tasks.
