Essential Job Duties:\ Plan and present lessons to facilitate students\' understanding and application of\ mathematical concepts.\ Prepare, administer, and grade tests/assignments to evaluate students progress.\ Adapt teaching methods and instructional materials to meet students varying needs\ and interests.\ Administer standardized achievement tests.\ Maintain accurate and complete student records.\ Confer with parents or guardians to discuss their childs progress.\ Meet with other professionals to discuss individual students needs and progress.\ Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive learning environment.\ Use technology effectively to enhance instruction and student learning.\ Provide timely and constructive feedback to students to support their academic growth.\ Implement strategies to differentiate instruction and meet the needs of diverse\ learners.\ Engage students in hands-on, inquiry-based learning experiences to deepen their\ understanding of mathematical concepts.\ Foster a classroom culture that promotes respect, responsibility, and a love for learning.\ Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to update them on their child\'s\ progress and address any concerns.\ Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices\ and stay current with best practices in math education.\ Enforce all administration policies and rules governing students.\ Ensure the safety of all students.\ Other duties as assigned.
