Perform rough-in, top-out, finish of new custom homes and remodels, and commercial plumbing. Perform replacement of plumbing fixtures in a residential and commercial setting. Have required tools for a Journeyman Plumber. Utilize your 3-5 years of proven experience at a Journeyman level and be well-spoken and capable of relaying information to clientele in a clear and concise manner. Read and understand blueprints and spec books. Be safety conscious performing under all CalOSHA, CSLB and State of California regulations and requirements. Utilize your good judgement to make and act upon sound decisions. Have the ability to work independently or with a crew of 1 or more. Be an excellent troubleshooter with good organizational skills.
