• 부서 구성원들의 스케줄 관리 및 인사관리를 지원합니다.

• 타부서와 원활한 관계를 유지하며, 럭셔리하고 프로페셔널한 레스토랑을 유지합니다.

Qualifications:

• Sous Chef포지션으로 최소2년 이상 근무 경험이 있거나,호텔 또는 대형/미슐랭 레스토랑에서의 근무 경험 소유자

• 인터네셔널 브랜드 근무 경험자

• 조리 관련 자격증 소지자

• 조리부 관련 위생 또는 산업안전 보건에 대한 포괄적인 지식 소유자

• MS Office기본 컴퓨터 활용 능력 및Recipe Maintenance System관리 가능자
