Key job responsibilities

We are looking for an experienced Paralegal to handle Legal Operations/Technology, manage Amazon's Contracts Lifecycle and Corporate Documents.

A day in the life

Your responsibilities will include a wide range of tasks like:

1) be the primary stakeholder for legal technology setting up tools, creating user facing trainings, tutorials and keeping teams informed of tools updates;

2) support in legal billing matters;

3) be the primary stakeholder for corporate filings such as Articles of Association amendments, tax registry updates, delegations of authority, digital signatures and government systems accesses;

4) create trainings and internal guidance related to contract lifecycle and company policies, manage contracts templates and contracting tools.

We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations:

Sao Paulo, SP, BRA

Basic Qualifications

  • Experience in paralegal or comparable legal administrative experience in contracts lifecycle management, corporate documents and legal operations/technology. Graduation in Law is not required.

  • Advanced English

  • A mix of law firm serving technology companies or in-house high tech or large retail business experience.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Business Administration degree.

  • Administrative and Project Management background.

  • Legal Operations background.

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a high volume, fast-paced, and rapidly changing environment.

  • High standards for your work product and ownership of your assigned work.

  • Strong desire to learn and be curious, and thrive in ambiguity.

  • Project management skills to manage high volume of cases and meet competing deadlines.
