Wolters Kluwer Senior Marketing Specialist - Campaigns in Santa Fe, New Mexico

LOCATION: Remote U.S.

OVERVIEW

You will be a part of the Product Marketing organization within the Health Learning and Practice (HLP) business unit of Wolters Kluwer. Working as part of the Product Marketing organization, you will lead the strategic development and execution of best-in-class omni-channel campaigns that deliver on P&L objectives. You will work closely with central marketing, channel experts, and data intelligence teams to ensure campaign strategy is driven by data and analytics to optimize marketing efforts. You will be reporting to the Director, Product Marketing.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Collaborates with product marketing and marketing channel experts to build multi-channel plans for best-in-class marketing approach in the assigned B-to-B, B-to-C and B-to-B-to-C segments. This includes plan development, presentation and revision, execution, optimization, analytics and reporting.

  • Ensures all campaigns plans have established KPIs and holds all internal and external agency partners accountable to deliver on their work on time and at the highest standard.

  • Collaborates with product marketing and marketing and sales operations teams to develop and optimize B2B best practice marketing infrastructure and customer journey from contact acquisition, nurture, lead generation, marketing qualified prospects and progression through the sales pipeline to closed business.

  • Applies tried and true principles of direct marketing, including a rigorous methodology for testing and learning, working closely with the data team to incorporate response modeling and profiling to optimize results.

  • Works in close collaboration with product marketing internal and external channel and agency partners to manage plan execution and report on success and/or recommend adjustments.

  • Manages multiple projects at once with strong accountability towards meeting established deadlines and budget.

  • Interprets data and analytics to review campaign data and use it to report on marketing performance as it aligns to strategic goals and vision and adjust tactics in-flight to drive efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Manages campaign reporting in a highly visualized and compelling way following agree-upon methods working with central marketing.

  • Works collaboratively across Product Marketing and all areas of central marketing and brand teams to ensure strategies are in alignment.

  • Collaborates with product marketing and internal/external resources to create dynamic and innovative tactics and bring them to market using available marketing technologies.

QUALIFICAITONS

Education: Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communication, Marketing, similar field, or relevant equivalent experience. Strong affinity for analytics.

Experience:

  • 3+ years of demonstrated experience and results in leading high-performance B to B and B to B to C digital marketing efforts across traditional and digital channels.

  • Experience in working with or for creative / digital agencies and a proven track record of managing multiple large, multi-channel demand generation campaigns.

  • Experience working within project management, CRM and analytics tools (Smartsheet, Salesforce, Conductor, Domo, Adobe and Google Analytics).

  • Solid Excel and PowerPoint skills.

  • Strategic, problem-solver, self-starter with a proactive attitude who can deliver results with consensus in matrix organization.

  • Strong understanding of KPIs and industry benchmarks for high performing marketing plans.

  • Background in reviewing, reacting on, and reporting on campaign data throughout its life cycle.

  • Demonstrated experience influencing and educating internal constituents and clients around evidenced based marketing strategy and campaign management.

  • A proven track record of building strong partnerships with product marketing, marketing channel, and sales and marketing operations experts.

Preferred experience:

  • Experience in healthcare and/or higher education segment.

  • Ability to be flexible in a very fluid and dynamic environment – including dealing with changing processes and priorities.

  • Previous agency experience or proven ability to manage agencies, developing comprehensive annual marketing plans and manage significant budgets.

  • Prior experience in a large multi-national company

  • Strong influence skills and marketing thought leadership. Ability to work well with all levels of management and staff.

  • Experience in project management a plus.

  • Excellent communications skills across all modalities including written, verbal, in-person, and virtual presentation.

TRAVEL: Up to 10% for team meetings and conferences
