• Ability to effectively prioritize and organize a substantial amount of work

• Assist attorney with a variety of case tasks

• Study, analyze and review complex legal documents Requirements - Ability to recognize, evaluate, and resolve problems effectively

• Probate & Estate Administration experience preferred

• Legal research experience

• Comprehensive knowledge of bankruptcy law

• Willing and able to own projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

• Attention to detail and accuracy, and discretion

• Strong know-how of spreadsheets and word processing is desired

• 3+ years of relevant experience

• Customer service oriented communication skills that allow for pleasant and beneficial interactions with all customers
