Description Under the general direction of department leadership, a Journey Physical Therapist provides specific treatment programs for patients according to the principles and practices of physical therapy and as prescribed by a physician (when required) and performs related duties as assigned. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Upon hire: Washington Physical Therapist License Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association Minimum experience is obtained as part of the accredited physical therapy program as an intern. Preferred Qualifications: Master's Degree Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Or D.P.T. Graduation from a physical therapy program accredited by the American Physical Therapy Association. Or Experience in outpatient setting. Experience in an acute care or rehabilitation facility. Experience with pediatrics. Experience with orthopedics or sports injury rehabilitation. Experience with lymphedema management. Experience with pelvic floor rehabilitation. Experience with neurological or vestibular rehabilitation. Experience with occupational medicine. Why Join Providence?
