We are looking for an experienced and motivated On-Call Senior Price to Win (PTW) Analyst to support us during our surge period (June 2024. – October 2024). You will be responsible for developing PTW analysis and pricing strategies recommendations for our federal government clients. You will work closely with the PTW leadership team, Capture Management, and Proposal teams to ensure that our bids are aligned with the customer's requirements, expectations, and budget.

What You Will Do

The PTW leadership team will be responsible for assigning work and reviewing deliverables.

  • Perform market research to identify and assess the strengths, weaknesses, and pricing strategies of our competitors.

  • Develop price to win models and scenarios based on the customer's evaluation criteria, historical data, and industry benchmarks.

  • Provide data-driven recommendations and insights to support bid decisions, win themes, and value propositions.

  • Collaborate with Capture Managers, Proposal Managers, and subject matter experts to develop, recommend, review pricing strategies, and ensure compliance with solicitation requirements and company policies.

  • Present and defend price to win analysis and recommendations to Capture team.

  • Provide on-call support and respond to urgent requests from capture/proposal teams during peak periods.

What You Will Bring With You

  • At least 5 years of experience in price to win analysis, or pricing strategy, for federal government contracts.

  • Experience with market research tools, such as GovWin, DACIS, FPDS, USA Spending.

  • Experience with Microsoft 365.

What We’d Like You To Bring With You

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, or related field.

  • At least 5 years of experience in price to win analysis, or pricing strategy, for federal Civilian and Health government contracts.

  • Familiarity with federal acquisition regulations, cost accounting standards, and proposal processes.

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

  • Ability to work on-call and to tight deadlines.

Pay Range - There are multiple factors that are considered in determining final pay for a position, including, but not limited to, relevant work experience, skills, certifications and competencies that align to the specified role, geographic location, education and certifications as well as contract provisions regarding labor categories that are specific to the position. The pay range for this position is:

$84,533.00 - $143,706.00
