Amentum Specialized Administrative and Program Support in Quantico, Virginia

Applicants selected will be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Secret clearance is required.

Job Duties:

  • Records and file management

  • Employee in- and out-processing

  • Assist in managing DOD, DSS, and local office policies and programs

  • Travel planning Defense Travel System (DTS) - Makes travel arrangements; processes travel expense report forms and checks travel requests, when required.

  • Conference room coordination

  • Office equipment and supply inventory maintenance

  • Government timecard program (DAI) management

  • Receipt and routing of office mail/correspondence

  • Management of task management (CATMS) system

  • Assist in execution of office training program

  • Responsible for inputting and managing data bases as directed. This task includes support to the Quality Assurance Division in the area of consolidating responses from work product reviews.

  • Administrative Support to Database Maintenance: The Contractor shall perform routine support to ISFD data maintenance and records reconciliation, as required.

  • All Hands Meeting and Training Support: The Contractor shall provide administrative support for all hands meetings (managing attendee rosters, correspondence with field elements securing support for logistics requirements, sorting and compiling conference materials, and coordinating/compiling/tracking presentation materials.

  • Vulnerability Assessments: The Contractor shall provide administrative support for the vulnerability assessment of DCSA facilities and provide recommended findings in the form of organizational recommendations and policy and procedure improvements. Vulnerability assessments shall address multiple facets of the agency’s operations and encompass both the counterintelligence and security disciplines. Assessments shall include physical location of facilities; proximity of the location to the highways/roads/street; vulnerability of agency infrastructure such as building and information technologies, and physical security measures. Physical security experience is required for this task. All recommendations will be reviewed and approved by the Task Manager.

  • Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI): The Contractor shall provide administrative support, assisting DCSA with the administrative role for SCI accreditations with Defense Intelligence Agency (DIA). Assist in validating Sensitive Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF) Fix Facility Checklist prior to DIA submittal. Assist in validating DCSA SCIF requests. Assist in managing GSA approved safe inventory and their combinations. Assist in Security inspections and Building Risk Assessments.

  • Risk Management Program: The Contractor shall provide administrative support for the risk management process, planning, training, exercises, resources and AT/FP vulnerability assessments and program reviews. The location of this support will be located in the North Capital Region, providing assistance to the DCSA, Security Office for all Field Offices throughout the United States. Threat/Vulnerability-based assessments shall address various specialties within agency operations to include AT/FP, counterintelligence and physical security. Contractor shall research and gather information in support of the Security Office formulating and developing AT/FP assessments and reports in accordance with DoD directives and policy. Incorporate the latest information on terrorist tactics and offer guidance on the most recent security techniques, measures and technology for protecting agency personnel, resources and facilities. Contractors shall assist in providing guidance on combatting terrorism resources within the planning and program budget phases for submission to Government lead for final decisions. Contractor shall assist the Security Office in ensuring compliance with all applicable directives, instructions, regulations and guidance. This includes AT/FP plans and reports.

  • Operations Security (OPSEC) Program: Contractor shall assist in developing, communicating and implementing agency OPSEC Program. Contractor shall assist in program reviews by evaluating and assessing the OPSEC program effectiveness (in accordance with (IAW) DCSA Regulation: 25-11) and providing recommendations on their findings.

  • Contractor shall assist the Security Office Government Lead in gathering, coordinating and documenting identified agency critical information and supporting the Security Office by implementing protective measures to safeguard agency sensitive unclassified information.

  • Contractor shall assist the Security Office in employing training and education measures IAW DCSA Regulation 25-11.

  • Contractor shall support required research and gathered information to assist in identifying critical information, conducting threat analysis, vulnerability analysis, risk assessments and implementing OPSEC countermeasures.

  • Provides assistance to the DCSA Security Office for all Field Offices throughout the United States.

Job Requirements:

  • Active Secret

  • Personnel shall have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent (at a minimum) and two years of experience relating to the requirements. (Substitution of a bachelor’s degree is allowable if the personnel have six years of related work experience in addition to the two years of experience required for this category. For the substitution to be allowable, a total of eight years of experience would be required to meet the minimum requirements for this category).

  • Additionally, all personnel shall have superior oral and written communication skills, as well as a good command of the English language.

Preferred:

  • Intermediate to high proficiency in Microsoft applications, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.
