Summary THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. This National Guard position is for a SUPERVISORY SUPPLY TECHNICIAN T32, Position Description Number PDD0914000and is part of the AZ Army Aviation Support Facility 1, National Guard. Responsibilities This position is located with the AASF 1 in Phoenix, Arizona. Its purpose is to plan, organize, review, evaluate, and supervise the various work processes of the section. The position also provides supply support for aviation maintenance. The position serves as the property book custodian. Manages materiel, resource tracking (Depot Level Repair (DLR)/Class 9 (CLIX), special Test Measurement and Diagnostic Equipment (TMDE)/tool transactions and performs administrative oversight of hazardous material accountability. THIS IS A NATIONAL GUARD TITLE 32 EXCEPTED SERVICE POSITION. Requirements Conditions of Employment Qualifications Military Grades: E-4/SPC/CPL to E-8/MSG/1SG Compatible Military Assignments: Possess 92 Series MOS SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE: Must have at least 18 months experience, education, or training in researching documents or other resources to coordinate inventory requirements. Experience analyzing, developing, evaluating to improve supply programs, policies, procedures, techniques, etc. Experience involving the control of supply stocks and accounting for equipment. Knowledge of supply functions, cataloging, maintenance and disposal procedures. Experience which required person-to-person contacts to convey information and ability to compile reports, letters, memoranda, etc. Education You must provide transcripts or other documentation to support your Educational claims. To receive credit for Education, you must provide documentation of proof that you meet the Education requirements for this position.
