Overview:

JHNA isseeking aSenior Program Analystto provide support to PMA 280.Applies analytic techniques in the evaluation of program/project objectives. Analyzes requirements, status, budget, and schedules. Performs management, technical, or business case analyses. Collects, completes, organizes, and interprets data relating to aircraft/weapon/project acquisition and product programs. Tracks program/project status and schedules. Applies government-instituted processes for documentation, change control management and data management.

Roles/Responsibilities:

Assist with the development and assembly of acquisition / contractual strategies, program risks and all related documentation. They shall assist with budget and financial planning and analyses of projected and actual systems costs for completion of various efforts. Tasks will include collecting, compiling, and analyzing project cost and schedule data for project teams and incorporation into teamwork plans, data calls, and supporting financial documentation.Duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Communication and Coordination
  • Program Office internal and external communications (other IPTs and Ops/PMA EA)
  • Stakeholder Interaction and Coordination
• Data Call / Request for Information (RFI) / Questions for the Record (QFR)
  • Internal PEO data calls
  • External data calls (Congressional, Senate, etc.)
  • Metrics; Collecting, Reporting, Analysis, Trends
• Acquisition Documentation and Reporting; maintain CM of docs (Software Acquisition Pathway)
• Strategic and Tactical Planning
  • Process improvement of business processes
  • Development of internal processes

Qualifications Required:

• MS or MA degree in business, management, or an engineering management discipline; Allowable Substitution: a BS or BA degree and an additional four (4) years of experience.
• Over ten (10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline; and included in the ten (10) years there must be at least five (5) years of NAVAIR experience related to program management support.
• Must have an active Secret clearance.
