Overview:

JHNA is seeking a Program Analyst to provide program management functions on Aircraft or Weapons Systems in support of NAVAIR at Pax River, MD.

This is a remote position which allows for telework, with in-person/on-site prescence required for team/customer meetings 1-2 times per month.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Track and analyze program requirements, status, budget, and schedules.
• Perform program management, technical, or business case analyses.
• Participate as a member of and/or supports the specified Program Integrated Product Teams (IPTs); and IPT directed business meetings.
• Collect, complete, organize and interpret technical data and financial information.
• Monitor and report performance against plans.
• Support customer tag-ups, working groups and various milestone events.
• Interpret technical and financial information related to aircraft acquisition and product programs.
• Develop program materials, meeting minutes and action tracking.
• Participate in Risk Management and CDRL management activities.
• Assists in planning, manning, executing and contract duties.
• Using scheduling tools, provide insight and oversight of program progress.

Qualifications Required:

• An Active Secret Clearance and US Citizenship required.
• Bachelors in business administration, Computer Systems Administration, or Information Systems Management.
• At least five 10) years of experience in program management, technical or business analysis discipline, performing the functional duties to be performed for this position.
• Of the five (10) years at least two (2) years must include experience with Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) with roles higher than basic user.
