Overview:

JHNA Technology Security is seeking a Foreign Disclosure Analyst to support PMA 280 in Patuxent River, MD. The selected candidate will provide analysis and support as a member of a major program office Foreign Disclosure Team, which will be responsible for reviewing and documenting the release of information to international participants.

Roles/Responsibilities:

• Provide Foreign Disclosure guidance and recommendations to the PMA-280 FMS team.
• Maintain platform familiarization and awareness of capabilities.
• Maintain knowledge of multiple different platform orientations and capabilities depending on FMS customer.
• Review documents to ensure compliance with NAVAIR Policy.
• Review documents of all applicable security levels i.e. (CUI, CLASS, etc.) to ensure documents provided to foreign customers are free of sensitive information.
• Provide feedback to document owners with notes associated with your review if necessary.
• Notify document owners of document questions, corrections, or sanitization needs.
• Maintain a document tracker with statuses of documents in the Foreign Disclosure review queue.
• Provide case managers a weekly status on documents in the Foreign Disclosure review queue.
• Upon completion of review, upload documents into the NAVAIR 7.4 Security Storefront.
• Once signed, ensure the 7 Golden Questions form is uploaded with the associated document package in the storefront.
• Conduct classified safe inventory once per quarter.
• Ensure all documents within the classified safe are accounted for and ensure new documents that have been added are added to the inventory.

Qualifications Required:

• No experience with BS/BA (we would prefer someone with at least a year experience)
• 4 years' experience with associate degree
• 6 years no degree
