Precise Systems, Inc. Acquisition/Program Management Analyst, Journeyman in Patuxent River, Maryland

We are currently seeking an Acquisition Specialists/Management Analyst to support our Patuxent River, MD customer. The Acquisition Specialist/Management Analyst duties include:

a. Preparing and coordinating procurement packages/requests to include Statements of Work (SOWs), Contract Data Requirements Lists (CDRLs), Certificates of Urgency, and other data and documents.

b. Conducting Procurement Planning Conferences (PPCs) utilizing the Procurement Management Tool (PMT) to support the planning and execution of acquisition efforts.

c. Establishing and tracking and schedules for procurements.

d. Providing reports from PMT to program leadership and conducting meetings to review the status of procurements with both government and contractor personnel.

e. Tracking acquisition documentation, events, and meetings leading to program milestone decisions governed by the DoDI 5000.02 and associated instructions and processes.

f. Planning, developing, coordinating, staffing, and tracking procurement and acquisition documentation such as the Acquisition Strategy, Acquisition Program Baseline, Program Streamlined Acquisition Plan (PSTRAP), Justifications and Approvals (J&As) and recurring reports including ASN(RD&A) Information System (RDAIS) reports, and Selected Acquisition Reports (SARs).

g. Developing program briefs and associated material for the Program Integrator and Executive Leadership Team (ELT) as needed.

Required Education: BS/BA Degree. 6 years' additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree. Associate Degree plus 4 years’ additional work experience may be substituted for a Bachelor’s Degree.

Required Experience: 3-10 years of experience.

Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance. Due to the sensitivity of customer-related requirements, U.S. Citizenship is required.
