We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our PMO, Technology and Innovation. You will lead sustaining engineering projects with multidisciplinary teams of engineers and specialists. You will apply your project management, people leadership, and technical skills to qualify and implement changes to existing products e.g., material changes or quality updates. Together with your team you create clear ambitious plans and ensure projects are delivered on time with agreed quality, scope and cost.

You will be part of a dynamic and ambitious PMO organization, where you will report to the Senior Manager, Head of PMO (Infusion Care) and be part of a 9 highly dedicated and skilled Project Managers team.

We offer a central role in an exciting company in constant growth. You will be part of a dynamic team and have close collaboration with stakeholders across the organization, enabling successful delivery of our projects at production sites in Denmark and in Mexico.

This position is based in Denmark, and we offer a hybrid office environment, with possibility to work from Osted, from home, or occasionally from our Søborg office, as it fits the projects you are a part of. Some travelling may be expected: depending on the project, it can be approx. 10 days annually mainly to our manufacturing site in Mexico.

Your key responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate the project team towards project success.

• Define project requirements, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders while developing and maintaining project plans, schedules, resource plans and budgets.

• Manage project scope and change requests, and ensure project documentation is complete & accurate, while identifying and mitigating project risks and issues, as well as developing contingency plans.

• Deal with uncertainty by leading teams through often dynamic and challenging situations.

• Foster a culture of collaboration, quality, and continuous improvement, and identify opportunities to improve project management processes and methodologies.

• Present to and influence senior stakeholders and global portfolio reviews.

• Manage expectations and stakeholders, communicate project status, progress, and challenges effectively.

About you:

As our new Project Manager, you take great pride in utilizing your communication, leadership, and collaboration skills, to motivate and manage the technical teams towards project success.

Your analytical approach and strong problem-solving skills, support you in making fast and well-founded decisions. You are a pragmatic team player with a holistic mindset, operating with a high sense of urgency and you apply best project management practices, to manage the project safely through all project stages in accordance with our Quality Management System.

Qualifications:

• Experience in project management, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.

• A MSc or BSc in engineering, pharmacy, or similar relevant education.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks and issues.

• Communicative level of English.

• Professional certification in Project Management is an advantage.

• Experience in Medical Device product development (Class II) is an advantage.
