Some Key Responsibilities:

• Foster a culture that is recovery-focused, strengths-based, culturally competent, patient-centered, and co-occurring capable.
• Manage and coordinate daily operations, ensuring compliance with agency policies, overseeing staff duties, and maintaining program efficiency.
• Take charge of assigned ODMHSAS contracts, implementing, reporting, and training staff to ensure success.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with community partners, developing new programs to meet consumer and community needs.
• Provide clinical services, licensure supervision, and relevant trainings, ensuring staff competency and excellence in documentation.
• Actively participate in quality management, peer review, and other committees to maintain high standards.
