THE POSITION

The Maintenance Engineer Planner will join the Maintenance and Engineering Team of our strategic production site in Noventa Padovana (PD) and will report to the Maintenance Manager/Head of GFE Global Facilities and Engineering. In this position you will be supporting the Maintenance team in analyzing, assessing, and track all technical activities related to the plant, also about the services contracts related. Moreover, you will play a key role in planning and optimizing the preventive, predictive and proactive maintenance to the existing plant. If you have an engineering background and at least 2 year of experience gained in the field in similar roles, we are definitely waiting for your application!

For this role we offer a fixed term contract of one year.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Organize the preventive maintenance plan for the new equipment in collaboration with the maintenance and engineering teams

• Write technical specification of the new maintenance plan takinq into account maintenance and EHS points of view

• Collect and manage the technical documentation for the traceability of the maintenance activities, digital and paper documentation

• Follow the commissioning in new project supporting Capex manager, create new assets profile and assuring the correct handover to the maintenance team

• Provide support to keep local technologies update and compliant considering a good balance between costs, benefits and global and corporate standards

• Correctly apply the environmental and safety procedures and regulations, the Corporate' s guidelines and company manuals in the design, construction, testing of new structures

• Support the Installation Qualification and Operational Qualification activities, in accordance with current Environmental, Safety and GMP regulations, using internal staff or external consultant.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Engineering

• At least 2 years of experience preferably gained within pharmaceutical companies or engineering consultancy with a focus on pharmaceutical companies.

• Strong digital skills: SAP PM, GxP basic knowledge

• Fluent level of English and Italian language

• Good communications skill, ability to work in team, business acumen.
