It ensures operations run smoothly and consistently, so parts and supplies are efficiently allocated to the appropriate departments to meet internal customer needs. Responsibilities - Maintain a personnel structure and staffing level that effectively and efficiently fulfills the Storeroom's objectives. - Plan and coordinate work, train and motivate, monitor and evaluate the performance of Storeroom Associates; ensure they can safely operate material handling equipment for moving materials to and from storage; counsel, record, and discipline as necessary while enforcing all plant safety rules and procedures. - Maintain an equipment structure and level that safely and effectively meets the Storeroom's needs, providing suitable equipment and racking for the safe tr
