Dorsey & Whitney LLP seeks a tax associate with three to five years of experience to join the Tax, Trusts & Estates group in our Minneapolis or Seattle offices. This associate will work on a wide range of transactional tax matters including structuring and forming business and investment entities, advising on tax issues in domestic and cross-border mergers, acquisitions, reorganizations, restructurings, and equity and debt securities offerings, and advising on renewable energy projects including development, tax equity financing, purchase and sale transactions. The following qualifications are required: - JD degree from an ABA-accredited law school - Strong academic performance - Excellent research and writing skills - Minnesota or Washington bar admission or the ability to become admitted in Minnesota or Washington Three to five years of experience as a transactional tax attorney is preferred.
