Monday-Friday, 35-40 Hours/Week

Description:

• Warmly welcome patients and visitors as they arrive to the medical facility.

• Direct them to the appropriate areas and/or assist in registration and take co-pays.

• Manage appointment scheduling for patients and ensure optimal utilization of time slots.

• Confirm appointments and provide reminders to patients.

• Verify insurance coverage and eligibility for patients.

  Qualifications:

• Previous medical office experience preferred.
