Your responsibilities

• Provide support to small legal team as it relates to contract management

• Database management of all relevant documents

• Possess organizational skills and prioritization methods to successfully take on heavy workload

  Requirements

MUST HAVES:

(1) Contract management experience - including drafting, preparing, redlining and finalizing commercial contracts

(2) Reside local to Tysons Corner, VA AND be willing to go into the office 4-5x a week

(3) Experience with drafting vendor agreements, NDAs, real estate agreements, etc.

Experience with M& A matters and entity management is a plus! This position offers benefits and a salary of $85,000-$100,000 depending on experience!
