The Clinical Team Leader provides individual, group and family therapy to an assigned caseload of youth in a treatment home program. Guides all clinical treatment along with treatment team of internal and outside providers.  Completes assessments, treatment plans, clinical notes, and all clinical documentation. Establishes and maintains a positive, strengths-based, developmentally appropriate therapeutic milieu that is in keeping with the values and clinical treatment philosophy of the Agency.  Meets all administrative, legal and program requirements as mandated by all operating contracts including, but not limited to DCPP and COA.  Oversees and coordinates all aspects of a youth's treatment program.

Hours:

Full Time, flexible

This is a 40 Hour Full Time Benefitted position which includes:

  Education/Experience:

  Master’s Degree in social work or counseling.  License required, LSW/LAC or LCSW/LPC.
