PARK NATIONAL BANK Fraud and Physical Security Coordinator I in Mansfield, Ohio

Description RESPONSIBILITIES Analyze fraud alerts or referrals and take necessary prevention steps to decrease the risk of loss to the customer/bank Conduct and document fraud investigations, file Suspicious Activity Reports/regulatory reports (SARs) Build/establish relationships with law enforcement and file reports when applicable Investigate security related accidents/incidents or complaints, interview witnesses, victims and suspects; responsible for gathering physical evidence and preserving it for future use; complete report in the case management system and follow up with management/HR or other business lines as needed Respond to a variety of physical security incidents, including but not limited to unauthorized access, security alarms, and fraud investigations, including after-hours when necessary Conduct on-site branch security visits and assessments for all locations assigned, document and escalate findings Establish/build relationships with our physical security vendors Lead or participate in projects for physical security or when physical security is impacted Provide input for written policies, procedures and training programs for our Physical Security and Fraud Program Maintain awareness of and adherence to Bank's compliance requirements and risk management concepts, expectations, policies and procedures and apply them to daily tasks Deliver a consistent, high level of service within our Serving More standards Other duties as assigned COMPETENCIES Interpersonal/Customer Service Skills Written and Verbal Communication Ability to understand and follow directions Adaptable to change Basic Computer Skills Organizational Skills/Detail Oriented Analytical Thinking Able to Multi-Task or Juggle Priorities Problem/Situation Analysis Ability to build collaborative relationships SCHEDULE Typical office hours are Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm. This position is hourly and full time. A minimum 37.5 hours is required to maintain eligibility for full-time status. Incident response may fall outside of typical business hours, included evenings and weekends. This position is eligible for a flexible work arrangement allowing work from office and remote locations. Please speak to the hiring manager for more information. TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS As needed for incident response and project work. Must possess valid driver's license, insurance, and reliable transportation. Periodic travel to bank locations throughout the state of Ohio required; occasionally travel to bank locations in other states may be required. EDUCATION Associate or Bachelor's degree in Business, Criminal Justice, or related field, or combination of other degree and banking related experience preferred LICENSE/CERTIFICATION Certified Fraud Examiner, Physical Security Professional, Reid or Wicklander Interview & Interrogation - all preferred PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS This position must be able to remain in a stationary position a minimum of 75% of the time, constantly operate a computer, and be able to be in constant communication with coworkers and stakeholders to discuss and exchange accurate information.
