JOB REQUIREMENTS: Provider Services Consultant - 31426 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: Work Schedule : 100% FTE, days. Scheduled shifts Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. We are seeking a Provider Services Consultant to: * Establish strong working relationships with advanced practice providers (APP) and leadership across the UW Health system. * Provide strategic and tactical consultation and resolution on a wide variety of complex matters involving APPs across the organization. * Lead the intake, investigation, processing, and resolution of APP- related issues and complaints, including investigations of discrimination, harassment, and caregiver misconduct. * Create content for APP and physician training and facilitates such training where appropriate. * Primarily support APPs, but will also support clinical faculty, residents and fellows as needed. Preferred - Juris Doctorate (JD) degree from an accredited college or university. Work Experience: Minimum - Five (5) years employee relations or other related investigatory experience.
