Position Summary

Nestle Business Services in Lviv is announcing an opening for BSS e-Sourcing Specialist .

A day in the life of...

• Ariba event.To support negotiation process with pre-defined suppliers using on-line tool, to prepare RFx sourcing projects including all standard templates such as NDA, Sustainable Sourcing Standard, Payment terms plus documents provided by the Strategic Buyer such as Pricing worksheet and specific questionnaires; supplier follow up; check completeness of proposals (information) submitted by Suppliers; consolidation of qualitative and financial information to be presented to Strategic Buyer; Vendor Approval Process Pre-Qualification Questionnaire event creation in online Ariba platform in order to evaluate the financial stability and capability of potential or existing Suppliers as well as their readiness to commit to Nestle requirements; Suppliers follow up, Supplier Risk Profile preparation and VAP Cockpit update; follow up and check on GFSI Cerificate and uploading it to VAP Cockpit if valid/ required;

• eAuctions. To support procurement negotiation process with pre-defined suppliers using on-line eAuction tool. Manage pipeline, delive coaching discussions to Buyers in order to define the best strategy and define auction details. To create electronic auction based on information recieved from eAuctions Business Partner (BP) after discussion with Buyer; conduct review call with Buyer and BP to check and confirm all the details; publish event. To contact suppliers and conduct live training on the test event explining all the details of the auction (type, it's meaning, bit/pre-bit, lot, ceiling value, range, rank (if applicable), other details). Request direct line. Prepare invitation and facilitate live monitoring of auction. Award supplier/s in case approve is received from Buyer right after live monitoring. Log information in the pipe line file.

• Supporting other activities of BSS scope - Sustainable Sourcing Audit, Specificatin Download, Reporting and contribute into development of new BSS activities.

• Ensure compliance with Nestle standarts and procurement practices.

• To monitor the performance service level agreements (SLA’s) and indicators of services (KPI's);

• To participate in action plans to correct deviations in services and process improvement;

• To participate in the issues resolution that affects the performance or service in a cooperative way with the IBPs (Internal Business Process) and the support units of NBS Lviv;

What will make you successful

• Good understanding of the general Nestlé structure, knowledge of Corporate Business Principles and Nestlé Leadership Framework;

• Good understanding of Shared Service Center operations, internal and external business environment and business processes;

• Good knowledge of Ariba tool;

• Good understanding of potential business risks to avoid security bridge or internal control audit issues

• Knowledge in Supply Chain processes;

• Knowledge of GLOBE best practices for E2E processes and SAP;

• Solid knowledge of MS Office, particulary Excel.

• Knowledge of procurement process

• Key Nestle policies

• Strong level of business English verbal and written (Upper-intermediate) , good communication skills to manage effectively Telcos and Workshops with various Procurement Organisations and external parties;
