Culture monitoring helps Citi to detect the values and practices across the bank that might increase risks to our operations, or in turn, be amplified to help us win. Working alongside traditional employee listening methods, a variety of unobtrusive culture monitoring techniques can help us to better understand decisions and actions across the bank and how effective our operational and control environment is in supporting our strategic objectives.
