Shearwater , a subsidiary of Three Saints Bay, LLC, and a Federal Government Contractor industry leader, is seeking a Design and Architectural Support to join our team in Laguna Niguel, CA .

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Assist the Government in the enforcement of design standards, development of facility strategies and reviews of designs for Border Patrol and Air & Marine Operations facilities during the project planning, design, and construction phases to ensure the Government standards are followed.

  • Perform and review portfolio planning including facility assessments, alternative analysis, and cost estimates.

  • Review design plans or work with designers to make sure the Government, state, and local regulations, codes, directives and standards are met.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • Eight (8) or more years of architectural experience and Architectural License is required.
