Job Purpose and Impact

The Invoice to Pay Specialist, will assist with the payment of supplier invoices. In this role, you will ensure timely payment of invoices for all Cargill legal entities in Ukraine, support currency controls, execute financing activities and collaborate with banks on credit reviews.

Key Accountabilities

• Provide finance support for organization as requested by executing pre- and post-payment requests. Ensure compliance with internal controls.

• Support currency controls regulations via daily communication with counterparts on which invoices need to be paid and maintaining relevant controlling process.

• Execute financing activities such as FX sale or purchases, loans, deposits, money transfers etc.

• Reconcile bank accounts balances with daily payments. Execute daily and monthly closure activities.

• Prepare daily reports using established administrative procedures.

• Handle basic issues and problems under direct supervision, while escalating more complex issues to appropriate staff.

• Other duties as assigned.#LI-AS4

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience

• Proficient with email, spreadsheet and word processing applications

• Other minimum qualifications may apply

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge accounts payable module in applications

• Experience working in a shared service center
