Title: Program Manager (Sales)

Job Summary:

This job performs Program (Project) Management of global OEMs’ in US EV market through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders, as well as the contact representative of LGESMI and HQ for vehicle development. A key requirement will be to identify and gather accurate customer and internal information to achieve strategic development plans.

Responsibilities:

• Manage daily/weekly/monthly shipment & sales plan

• Deal with internal system for sales activities (ERP - prefer SAP, S/O creation, etc.)

• Manage and coordinate LGESMI’s account receivables to its customer's account payables.

• Prepare and support customer meeting on site and/or conference call

• Track KPI

• Sales: sales revenue status, accounts receivable status, sales forecast accuracy

• PM: Change management after SOP, Meet agreed target date

• Communicate with customers & internal departments to maximize sales (ex. sales, shipment, 4M)

• Maintain documents and deliverables in accordance with customers’ policies

• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required, MBA or MS preferred or equivalent, relevant experience

Experience

• 3 to 6+ years of related experience

• Experience at Automotive industry is preferred

• English/Korean bi-lingual preferred

Skills:

• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel

• Strong communication skills

• Planning and organizational skills

• Customer Interaction for technical matters
