A Food Manufacturer company in Fullerton is seeking a Logistics Specialist to assist their office. The responsibilities will include:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

· Coordinate freight for multiple divisions

· Monitor loads on the road confirming on time pick up and delivery

· Communicate with vendors and customers status of cargo

· Obtain proof of delivery/BOL on a timely basis

· Enter and receive daily purchase orders

· Process, coordinate, and invoice orders

· Customer Service calls as needed

· Update Spreadsheets

Requirements

• Bi-lingual in Spanish

• An experienced Excel user who can write basic formulas like VLOOKUP
