Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

The Quality Manager (QM) will develop, implement, manage and maintain effective Quality policies and procedures that meet contract requirements and the criteria for ISO compliance. The QM will prepare, maintain, enforce, and update quality control plans to drive performance using ISO 9001:2015 standards across the program. The QM is responsible for all aspects of ISO compliance and the establishment of internal processes/controls. The QM must have a minimum of three (3) years of experience performing quality control in an industrial/technical environment. The QM must also have three (3) years of experience in administrative, professional, analytical or other work related to International Organization for Standard (ISO) programs. The QM must possess the knowledge to maintain a quality management system in accordance with applicable ISO Standards. The QM must possess broad knowledge of Army logistical functions and the ability to analyze, develop, evaluate, advise or promote improvements in logistical programs. The QM must have the ability to: establish program objectives performance goals and assess progress; establish operational metrics/key indicators for process control and on-going quality process improvements; conduct root cause/corrective action analysis. ISO 9000 Lead Auditor qualification is preferred. Additional duties may be assigned as needed to meet company and departmental goals and objectives.
