Description:

The Food Services manager will:

•Will report to the Food Operations Manager and manage an hourly staff of approximately 7 FT and PT employees •Typical shift will range from 6:30am-8:00pm may vary with every other weekend coverage •Mainly oversee dining room operations and will assist in kitchen as needed; •Evaluate and develop service levels for the overall resident meal service program targeted to exceed resident and customer satisfaction; •Collaborate with clinical, food service and interdisciplinary teams to enhance the resident/ student experience; •Ensure food quality and presentation; •Exceed standards for Gold Checks and achieve successful regulatory inspections and audits; •Perform management functions that include direct supervision of hourly associates including employee development, scheduling of staff •They will be required to assist the head chef with food prep and cooking
