Job Listing: Project Surveyor (Southern Maine Survey Manager)

We use our professional knowledge and friendly service to help people with their American Dream and with offices in Livermore Falls, Falmouth, and Newport, we cover most of State.

Main-Land has a full-time position open in our survey department for a project surveyor that can assist with management tasks and leadership in our Falmouth office. Requirements for this position include at least 1 year of experience as a licensed land surveyor (or the ability to become licensed) and knowledge of survey equipment, such as robotic total stations, data collection, GPS, AutoCAD Civil 3D, and Carlson Survey. Survey work to include project management, proposal/estimating, deed research, calculations, drafting, some field work, and overseeing junior staff on a variety of projects. Other tasks include growing our southern Maine presence, work scheduling, mentoring, and communicating directly with leadership.

Position: Full time

Experience: 1-4 Years as a Maine Professional Licensed Land Surveyor (or the ability to obtain a license within one year).

Hours: Approximately 8am to 5pm, with 1 hour lunch.
