Trained personnel in the area of administrative secretarial with knowledge in handling computerized systems of the Microsoft Windows platform among others. Will perform physical and mental effort as an employee in the customer service industry and quality of services. With the purpose of attending, providing assistance or making follow-up calls to clients, coordinating appointments, among others. Maintain a calendar of appointments for patients/clients to identify available spaces. Document in electronic record attendance to services and collate attendance records made by personnel specialized in services offered. Validation of electronic system for handling referrals made by various agencies under contract with the corporation. Provide support in auditing and billing processes in compliance with quality of services. Duties will be performed at the Corporation's administrative office located in Fajardo, P.R.
