Trained personnel in the area of business administration with knowledge in handling computerized systems of Microsoft Windows platform and billing systems such as Secure Claim, Secure Track, Assertus, Innova Md among others. You will perform physical and mental effort as an employee in the account collection and billing industry. For the purpose of performing duties related, but not limited to patient registration in electronic system, validation of eligibility of services, validity of coverage or programs related to the services offered. Photocopies and/or digitalization of documents related to processed invoices, and pending to be re-invoiced. Collate and validate invoices in follow up with suppliers. Make calls to insurance companies' offices for tracking or follow up of submitted invoices, and status for the recovery of services. Reconciliation of services and invoices. Communicating with medical office staff or suppliers for validation of referrals / or pre-authorizations of services. Assist in meetings with medical provider support staff. Duties will be performed at the Corporation's administrative office located in Fajardo, P.R.
