Southwestern Behavioral Healthcare is currently seeking a Full-Time 3rd ShiftResidential RecoveryAssistantto add to our team of professionals. This position will work in our Supervised Group Living and/or residential dual diagnosis program for adults. Starting pay is $16.00 hourly with a $1.00 shift differential.

$1,000 Sign-On Bonus for Full-time positions. 50% paid at 90 days, 50% paid at 180 days.

WHAT IS THIS POSITION RESPONSIBLE FOR?

• Recovery Assistants work in a residential setting with individuals who have severe and persistent mental illness and/or substance use disorder to assist in developing recovery and independent living skills.
• We utilize a person centered approach to help residents reach their recovery goals.
• Recovery Assistants are not responsible for hands-on care.
• We offer an individualized orientation program to help you learn how to effectively work with our residents that must be completed within six months of hire.
