Emerson Project Administrator in ESTADO DE MEXICO, Mexico

Job Functions / Responsibilities:

Customer Focus:

  • Provide continuous and ensuring a customer-centric approach at all times.

Drives Results:

  • Coordinate Bookings and Revenue Recognition promptly, maintaining a vigilant eye on project progress through continuous reviews.

  • Demonstrate proactive measures to get results, addressing any obstacles promptly.

Communication:

  • Maintain effective communication with all customers, encouraging partnership and understanding across different areas.

  • Deliver clear and concise communication through reporting and workbooks.

  • Activate customer concern paths when indispensable and update workflows accordingly.

Collaborate and Communicate:

  • Develop regular and open communication with finance team, promoting a collaborative working environment.

Project Management:

  • Provide support activities, adhering to the organization's standards and procedures.

  • Monitor project progress closely, identifying and addressing potential issues in a timely manner.

  • Facilitate part creation or extension forms, submittals, and updates as needed.

  • Keep ownership of all changes in Oracle throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Continuously supervise project budgets, anticipating and mitigating potential issues.

  • Implement billing and project closure activities in Oracle efficiently.

Policy Interpretation:

  • Interpret and apply Emerson's policies and procedures accurately, ensuring their consistent application within the PMO team's activities.

Alliance:

  • Cultivate alliance with all departments, encouraging continuous communication and collaboration to achieve shared goals successfully.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in STEM or any related field.

Experience Requirements:

  • (1) year of experience in order entry, project management, or customer service in a manufacturing office environment.

  • (1) year of operations or financial background experience.

Technical Knowledge Requirements:

  • Project Management.

  • English (90% or higher).

  • Experience using MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

  • Experience using Oracle applications is highly preferred.
